Escrow contract: in technical terms, the three-party escrow agreement.
Deposit: digital delivery, once a year. We provide packaging and storage in our vault, and we accept CDs, DVDs, USB sticks and hard drives.
Test: we test all materials before we accept them. Only then do they go into the vault.
Escrow certificate: after we receive the materials and finish the test, you and your customer receive proof that the escrow arrangement is in place.
Reminder: four times a year, we ask for a new version, so your customers always have a current version.

Extra options and conditions

You can add extras to your escrow quote at extra cost. For example, you can deposit software several times or have our people test your deliverables. There are no additional fees or hidden costs, so you know in advance what you will pay.
